About Hayloft at Tulchan Estate
With two double bedrooms and sleeping 4, Hayloft Apartment is a first-floor apartment set within a 350-acre working estate.
Hayloft was originally built for the housekeeper of Tulchan Lodge, but demand proved so popular for people wishing to base themselves in this remote location with easy access to Perth (20 minutes) and explore local attractions and event that we made it available to book.
The views in all directions provide fantastic scenes of the countryside and mountains and is a beautiful location for small families, couples or friends.
Living Room with Dining Space
Hayloft property consists of living room with dining space for 4 adults. Along with the central heating, there is a working wood burning stove and Freeview TV and DVD.
Kitchen
A small fully equipped kitchen is located off the Lounge. Equipment includes a gas oven/hob, microwave and fridge/freezer.
Bedrooms
Hayloft has two double bedrooms, one of which has a double bed with en-suite shower.
The second double room enjoys a large king size bed.
Both rooms have hanging space and drawers to unpack your belonging.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom for Hayloft has an electric shower over the bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
The Space
As a first floor apartment, Hayloft has its own secure main door upstairs. Access to the apartment comes via a private gate and path, located beside the parking to the rear of the property, which leads to the front entrance.
A shared laundry room with washer and tumble dryer is found on the ground floor which the Bothy guests are able to access.
Outside of the main door, there is a shared garden space with the Bothy. Hayloft has it’s own garden furniture to sit and enjoy the views. At the entrance to Hayloft, logs are available for the wood burner.

The Bothy is no smoking.
The property has a natural water supply from a spring and there are unfenced streams and sloping banks in the grounds.
