Located in a beautiful remote setting in Glenalmond. Tulchan Lodge has eight bedrooms and sleeps up to 16, and is a fantastic venue to enjoy the gathering of family and friends in a location that is close to Perth, Crief and Dunkeld and only just over an hour from Edinburgh and Dundee.

Guests able to enjoy gracious living in this traditionally designed, detached sporting lodge. The self-catered accommodation couples comfort with modern convenience.

The large kitchen acts as a traditional hub to the Lodge with stone flagged floors and Aga lending character to the modern hob, oven, microwave and the rest of the kitchen equipment.

The adjacent garden room offers more seating and fantastic views across to the Sma Glen.

The lovely big dining room has French doors to the garden and also to the drawing room, making it ideal for entertaining.

The Rooms

Eight bedrooms made up of 4 doubles and 4 twins are shared across the 1st and 2nd floors with two having en-suite facilities.

A bathroom and shower room are located on the 1st floor and another shower on the 2nd. A small W.C. is located on the ground floor.

The kitchen is connected to a garden room and laundry room.

The drawing and dining rooms are connected by double doors.

Pets

Dogs are welcome but need to be restricted to the kitchen and utility room. Owners are requested to note this is a working farm and dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times outside the garden area.

The property has an unfenced pond and there are unfenced streams and sloping banks in the grounds.
